Therefore, the layout method of small box cigarette packaging on the die-cutting knife roller is generally horizontal three vertical eight or horizontal three vertical ten; The layout method of the cigarette pack on the die cutting knife roller is generally horizontal two vertical three or horizontal two vertical four. The principle of circular die-cutting is that the upper axis blade separates the paper from the lower axis roller, and the thickness of the die-cutting blade roller should be appropriate, that is, the circumferential layout of the die-cutting blade should not be less or more. When the circumferential layout of the small box is less than 8 pieces and the strip box is less than 3 pieces, the die-cutting knife roller is too thin, and the axial end roller pillow is pressurized during use, which can cause deformation of the die-cutting roller and result in inability to cut in the middle; When the circumferential layout of the small box is more than 10 pieces and the strip box is more than 4 pieces, the die cutting roller is too thick, which will increase the manufacturing cost and be uneconomical.
